CROSSWAYS: Go South!

CROSSWAYS: Go South! is an event dedicated to wines, spirits and food products from the Southern Hemisphere and countries from the Northern Hemisphere which Poles associate with the South.

CROSSWAYS : Go South! is a crossroads of culture, tradition, culinary and wine. Producers and their distributors will be invited to participate. The event will be accompanied by numerous side events such as tastings, masterclasses, concerts and culinary demonstrations. The embassies of the exhibitors’ countries of origin will be asked to be patrons of the event.

CROSSWAYS : Go South! will be linked to the promotion of products originating from the participating countries.

Time and venue: 25 September 2024, 9, Bracka St. Warsaw, at the luxurious VITKAC mall www.vitkac.com 

Event’s program:
11.30 AM – 3.30 PM – B2B part (for distributors/importers, retailers, somms,  wine waiters, managers, chefs, journalists, bloggers, influencers and some VIP’s guests).
1.00 PM – 2.30 PM – masterclass
1.30 PM – 3.00 PM – live cooking show or masterclass
3.00 PM – 4.30 PM – masterclass
3.30 PM – 7.30 PM – B2C part  (wine lovers, upon registration only)

Prices and conditions:
1 stand: 590 EUR + VAT/stand
5 stands or more: 560 EUR + VAT/stand

Exhibitors will be provided with: 2 coolers, 2 glasses, 1 bowl. Glassware, ice, water and service will be available on the venue. The price includes excise duties (up to 24 bottles per 1 stand). Exhibitors may share the stands, however they need to find the partner for the other half.
